Despite advances in medicine, obesity and the incidence of dietary related illnesses such as diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, some cancers and other inflammatory disorders continue to rise.

What do we do?

We aim to deliver workshops for targeted groups that provides accessible scientific knowledge to help improve diets and ultimately better health.  We promote a move towards healthier eating by being more aware of the latest independent scientific research from simple bite size learning events and making small and impactful changes.

Allowing affordable access to nutritional advice and hands on cooking events - pilot courses

Come to one of our themed workshops for an update on aspects of nutrition and some fun hands-on cooking

Would your organisation benefit from an update session on what the latest science tells us about eating healthily?

Eating for Better Health is pleased to be working in Partnership with the Department of Sport Rehabilitation & Nutrition at St Mary’s University in Twickenham which has a purpose-built nutrition lab that has workstations to allow hands on cooking events.

We are also pleased to come to you for these learning events at a venue of your choice.

As our organisation grows, we hope to develop wider links with other institutions who hold similar values.
