Despite advances in medicine, obesity and the incidence of dietary related illnesses such as diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, some cancers and other inflammatory disorders continue to rise.
What do we do?
We aim to deliver workshops for targeted groups that provides accessible scientific knowledge to help improve diets and ultimately better health. We promote a move towards healthier eating by being more aware of the latest independent scientific research from simple bite size learning events and making small and impactful changes.
Eating for Better Health is pleased to have access to a purpose built nutition lab with the Department of Sport Rehabilitation & Nutrition at St Mary’s University in Twickenham that has workstations to allow hands on cooking events.
We are also pleased to come to you for these learning events at a venue of your choice.
As our organisation grows, we hope to develop wider links with other institutions who hold similar values.
